Study aim of the objectives
GENERAL OBJECTIVE
The overall objective of the study is to solve practical issues/problems in a particular situation: to improve the impacts of the next NCD mass campaigns and to extend the scope of target population.
SPECIFIC OBJECTIVES
The study will help to answer various questions that are essential to organize improved and efficient campaigns while taking into account the interest and the respect of the population. By analyzing the data collected during
the last campaigns and by making a close follow up of participants screened during the last campaign, the AR will intend to assess:
1. The report analysis from data collected during the campaign and to compare with data from 2017 for the quality of records, the number of participants, the distribution of participants (age, sex, districts,), the risk factors collected, the status of BP&BS, the status of knowledge, and the type of management provided
2. The quality of information received by the participants
3. The quality of counselling provided to participants
4. The quality of management provided to participants
5. The knowledge of participant about their status
6. The compliance by participants to the counselling
7. The challenges that hindered attending the health facility after the screening
8. The impact of counselling on lifestyle changes among participants
9. To assess the perception and attitude of participants towards NCDs mass campaign:
a. The usefulness and the impacts of the mass campaign reported by the participants
b. The mass campaign weaknesses, strengths and challenges observed by participants
10. How to increase the number of people screened
11. How to better target population under represented (e.g.: women, older people, )
12. How to improve the data collected
