Mrs. Nathalie MUTEGARABA has a bachelor degree in Managment from the University of Rwanda. She got an MBA from Herriot Watt University, Edinburgh Business School, Edinburgh, UK. She is a professional accountant (ACCA qualified) since 2013 and has got her Fellowship Certificate in 2019.
Before joining RBC, She worked at the Office of the Auditor General for 15 years as an auditor and was a Director of audit by the time she was appointed in RBC.
The Corporate Services Division comprises several units that provide support to other technical divisions working to accomplish the RBC mission statement.
The four units of the Corporate Services Division are Finance, Human Resources Management and Administration, IT and Procurement. These units work closely with Ministries and government institutions to provide strategic support for other units within RBC.
The Finance Unit is responsible for budget execution, financial transactions, reporting, audit management, and liaising with suppliers.
The Human Resources and Administration comprises Human Resources Management, Logistics Management and the Central Secretariat.
The IT unit oversees all RBC technology platforms and provides other routine support services.
The Procurement Unit facilitates all levels of tender processes.

By the end of 2018, the Office of the Auditor General had issued 20 audit reports in relation to RBC, all of which were deemed clean.
